First Parking Ticket

So after school, Judy and I went to the lollicup in Chinatown. I was pulling out of the alley way to drop Judy off at the loading zone and I was turning out after she got out. As I was waiting for the cars to pass by, THE FUCKEN PARKING ENFORCER CAME AND STUCK A ENVELOP ON MY WINDOW. I WAS LIKE.. OH HELL NAH. And I couldn't argue with him because I was already blocking people who were driving by way. When I looked at the ticket, it said that I was parked at a no parking zone and I was unattended. WTF BITCH I WAS IN THE CAR. AND $85 FOR THAT SHIT? FUCKEN RETARDED.
